The spot futures contracts for crude opened today at $144.35 for August contracts; that price is +$.78 from Wednesday's close of $143.57. The Natural gas markets opened at $13.37 for August contracts -$.01 from Wednesday's close of $13.38.
The Houston Ship Channel average price of spot gas delivered on June 2 is $12.84 per MMBtu according to Platts' Inside FERC Gas Market
Physical gas delivery prices for Thursday, July 03 are $13.31 for Henry Hub, $13.03 Houston Ship Channel, $12.98 for Katy $12.57 for NGPL TX/OK and $11.86 for Waha.
