Caleb Troxclair

Manager of State Government Affairs

Caleb Troxclair has been a part of the Alliance team since 2018, and in 2020 was named Manager of State Government Affairs, leading the charge in Austin on both legislative and regulatory matters. Caleb is an attorney with expertise in oil and gas and has high-level experience in both the legislative and regulatory arenas in Texas.

He previously served as Chief of Staff to a Texas state representative and as Committee Clerk to the Texas House Committee on Regulated Industries. Caleb then served as Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel to the Chairman of the Texas Railroad Commission, advising the Chairman on complex legal and policy issues involving Texas oil and gas and assisting in the management of the nearly 800-person agency.

Caleb earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University–Kingsville and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.
