Kirbie FaourExecutive Assistant and Membership Coordinator
Kirbie Faour is a full-time employee in the Alliance’s Austin office. Kirbie came on board on August 1, 2025 and is quickly taking hold of the Alliance’s mission, what we do, and who we do it for. A native of Brenham, Kirbie is a December 2024 graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness. She worked full-time during the 2025 legislative session in the office of State Representative Tom Craddick and the House Transportation Committee, which was chaired by Rep. Craddick. We didn’t poach her, though — that was a session-only appointment, and we snagged her just as she was going “on the market.” Kirbie was hired to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Alliance President and to assist with facilitating all aspects of Alliance operations, including events, projects, publications, and other Alliance non-governmental functions. She also works closely with the full staff in implementing and carrying out the activities and mission of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers. In addition, Kirbie assists with membership retention and development and serves as the membership liaison with Strategic Association Management in Austin, which handles the Alliance’s membership database management and billing. Kirbie is a quick study and has already taken over a number of daily and weekly operations. She is a strong addition to the Alliance staff and is already becoming well-acquainted with the rest of the team in Austin. Email: [email protected] Back to Officers/Staff |
