Rachel Ortega serves as Website Manager for the Alliance. She brings 10 years of experience in website management, project management, and content strategy. Rachel has led major website redesigns, managed multi-channel marketing campaigns, and crafted compelling web and email content for nonprofits, universities, and SaaS companies alike. Rachel is known for her positivity, upbeat attitude, and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Outside of work, Rachel volunteers with Inside Books Project and a hospice, and champions her love of coffee by managing social media for a local Austin coffee shop. Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from The University of Texas at Dallas and has lived in Austin since 2018. Back to Officers/Staff |
