Michaela Stamey serves as a Meetings Manager for the Alliance, where she plans and executes conferences and meetings. She brings over eight years of experience in event management, client relations, and hospitality operations, specializing in creating impactful events, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Before joining the Alliance in 2025, Michaela worked with major hotel brands including Marriott and Hilton, where she was known for her hands-on approach, collaborative leadership style, and ability to turn ideas into seamless, well-executed experiences.

Based in Austin, Michaela brings energy and expertise to the Alliance team as she continues to grow in the meetings and association space.
